This Gym is known as the Mecca of the North 🤘🏼 It’s the most bad ass gym north of the border and rates #2 on the global list! This gym is home to the top bodybuilders in Canada and has the most unique set of equipment I’ve used so far. Ever been to a gym with 9 different variations of leg press?? Pure Muscle and Fitness has a piece for every function of bodybuilding, powerlifting or cross training with great atmosphere and motivation!

This gym is as local as it comes around Southeastern Rhode Island. It’s a classic gym equipped with everything you need. They have a basketball court and indoor track but no pool or outside training area for the summer seasons. The atmosphere is generally pretty relaxed and rarely ever crowded. Workout classes are free with membership and day passes are only $10. Would definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in the area.
