Relax More..
This world is buzzing let me tell ya! Things are happening faster than ever and we owe it to ourselves, those around us and the planet to sit back and relax more. I say this because the more information that is presented to us in a given timeframe, the more we should take some time to relax and reflect in order to make sure the direction we are going is the most correct direction possible; the one that provides the greatest outcome in the best, out appropriate time frame possible while avoiding as many mistrials as possible.
So, relax more I say! That day by the pool or even just sitting on your porch may be exactly what you need to step back, take in the greater picture and effectively prioritize from there. How much relaxation do you need? Well, I’d suggest in the face of an unsurmountable number of problems, I’d say as long as it takes to make your first step so obvious it causes more “itchiness” for you to sit around than to go out and do it, but the key here is dissipating any last trace of cortisol, the stress hormone, from your body. Even the slightest drop of it could damage the potential and effectiveness of your overall well-being an the resulting choices you make.
Take that morning cup of coffee to the porch, breathe in the fresh air and aim to start your day with a fresh, stress free mind. Then, do your best to carry it through out the day.
