Meet the Team!

Ryan Frost

With 13 years of training under his belt, Ryan knows what it takes to get in shape fast and sustainably and believes it's actually quite simple.

Born and raised in Newport County RI, USA, Ryan started his fitness journey with dreams of being a world-renowned soccer goalkeeper.  After limiting injuries started to ensue, Ryan fell in love with the weight-lifting portion of his soccer training and took to it like white on rice.

Ten years later, Ryan was a licensed Third Mate navigating 250,000 gross ton vessels across the Atlantic.  With his 10-year old six-pack, Ryan continued his passion for helping others as he has done for 100s of his peers in college.  Soon it would make sense for Ryan to leave his chosen career path for something a little more exciting to him, helping people get ripped.
