Get into the pushup position and place your thumbs and index fingers close enough together to form a triangle/diamond/spade looking shape. Perform the press keeping your elbows near your side for the entire movement.

EZ Bar 21’s 2 sets

From a standing position perform 7 bottom half curls, 7 top half curls and 7 full range curls, twice.

EZ Bar Skull Crushers 2 sets of 20

Lay lat on the bench and bring the bar to a pressed position. Slowly guide the weight to just above the crown of your head until your feel a complete stretch in the tricep and extend upward to a pressed position squeezing the triceps for the rep.
