Taylor Sjoberg

My job at Fitness Habits is to make sure everything is running smoothly. Fitness is my passion and helping others allows me to better myself everyday.... I'm a graduate of the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and also work for Zurich Insurance as a feild agent covering multi-million dollar assets. Dan Heaney

My role at Fitness Habits is as the overall creative and engineer on the back end of what we do, making gyms more revenue.
As a gym owner myself, I have managed to find uniquely creative ways to approach gaining leads and turning those leads into members that come back month after month. Anna Behnke
Lead Nutritionist

My journey to healthy living began when I decided to stop restricting and begin nourishing in high school.
It wasn’t long before total wellness became a top priority in my life and it has remained there ever since. I’ve spent years studying nutrition, fitness, and mental and physical health. ...I am a university graduate with a degree in nutrition and dietetics, a NASM certified personal trainer, and a trained mentor in eating disorders. I’m a firm believer in health from the inside out. I believe food is the best medicine and fitness is the fountain of youth. I day by day knowing a daily dose of vegetables is just as important as a daily dose of laughter.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy with my my own practice (Strength & Sport PT in Middletown RI) and as an avid athlete myself, I live and breathe fitness.
It is my passion to help others achieve their goals both effectively and safely.... My role at Fitness Habits is to develop and oversee training programs that we know will make you better. My name is Ryan. Fitness is an important aspect of my life and I truly love helping other feel better and do more. My hope is get as many people feeling good as possible. When people feel good they act good because they're better equipped to take on the challenges of life and help others in the process. Habits have a compounding effect and so does helping others.
